I absolutely love this crib mobile. Honestly, it reminds me so much of the handmade felt mobiles you see on Etsy selling for hundreds of dollars, but at a much more reasonable price. The felt sea creatures are adorable and look beautifully made, with soft colors that fit perfectly in an ocean-themed nursery.One of the biggest selling points for me was that it comes with the crib arm/hanger included. So many mobiles require you to purchase the mount separately, which can add quite a bit to the cost. Everything needed to get it set up was included, making installation quick and easy.The ocean theme is so sweet, with whales, dolphins, starfish, coral, and other sea creatures that slowly rotate above the crib. My baby loves watching the movement, and it gives him something calming to focus on while settling down. The felt pieces are lightweight, soft, and baby-friendly, with no hard edges.The music box is another nice feature. It includes multiple lullabies, adjustable volume, and different operating modes, including music only, rotation only, or both together. I also appreciate the automatic shutoff timer so it doesn't run endlessly.Overall, this is a beautiful nursery piece that looks far more expensive than it is. It serves as both decor and entertainment for baby, and the included hanger makes it an even better value. If you're creating an ocean-themed nursery, I highly recommend it.

This is a super cute mobile, especially for ocean-themed nurseries. I did take one star off for the price, as there are a lot of options out there and I don't feel this one really does anything to distinguish itself as warranting this price point. The toys are adorable and hold baby's attention. The rotating electronic music box is a lifesaver if you don't want to have to get up and wind up an analog mobile 15,000 times each night. Definitely invest in rechargeable batteries as it lasts a few weeks but you don't want them to die right at bedtime.

This ocean baby mobile by TINITIGIES is very cute. It is simple and very intuitive to assemble although the picture on the instructions is very clear. The mobile is easily mounted to a flat bar crib, meaning it cannot be used if the crib has curved sides or bars and definitely not used with a bassinet or pack n play. The felt sea animals and coral are cute and look well stitched. The mobile also has a velvety cover on the top of the mobile and covering the support arms.It comes with a music box that rotates the mobile. It takes 2 AA batteries which are not included. It comes with the tiniest screwdriver you have ever seen to take the battery cover off. It has multiple mode settings: just mobile rotation, just music, or both music plus rotation. You push the "mode" button to select the mode you want.It also has left and right arrow buttons. A short press of those buttons will switch between songs (next, last). A long press of those buttons will control the music box volume. By default, the music box will turn on with the lowest volume setting, even if you turned the volume up the last time that you used it. Some people may look at this as an inconvenience if you want the volume loud every time, but others will appreciate that you're not at risk of startling a dozing baby by turning the mobile on.The music box has 12 songs according to the listing, but I'm not sure I recognize all of them when I listened to them play. The quality of the music is fairly decent, but it does have just a hint of sounding like it's slightly muffled, almost like the device playing the music is too close to a microphone and then comes out on the speaker ever so slightly distorted. I uploaded a video so you could listen in. I took off half a star for this audio. I also deducted half a star from my rating because the list price on this mobile is currently $45 and that seems fairly expensive for what it is. It currently has a coupon discount applied bringing it down to $34 which seems more reasonable to me.

I ordered this baby mobile with sea creatures for the crib when grandbabies come to visit. From the pictures online, I thought it looked safe yet sweet.When the mobile came, I was very impressed. There are no sharp points on any of the sea creatures on the mobile. Even if an older child were to grab one of the characters of the mobile, they would not harm themselves. They are colorful and lightweight. They gently rotate in a circle while soft music plays. The colors and images are visually engaging, which is always a welcome feature for use by a baby. Each animal is two colors and all pieces are a nice thick felt fabric that is soft with stitches around the edge.The set up was so easy that there was no need to even look at the instructions. I was impressed with how firm each piece fit together and how it was constructed to make the assembly very clear. It is a nice detailed touch to have this assembly, covered with a piece of soft velour type fabric to hide the assembly pieces that hold up the mobileAs I put this together, I listen to the 12 lullabies which were lovely and soothing. I appreciate that there is a volume button that is incremental in raising or lowering the volume of the music. It is preset to the lowest volume so that it will not startle your baby, but there is a button to raise the volume and another button to lower the volume. It is also possible to use the mobile without music or to play music without the mobile moving. The music/rotation box takes two AA batteries.It was noted by the seller that this mobile is for regular cribs only and will not work with rounded bars or other forms of child, safety beds, such as a pack and play.
