- Fill: hypoallergenic polyester fiberfill.
- Hoop: yarn-wrapped for a soft-textured finish and a cozy, premium look.
- Thread: clear nylon monofilament, strong and knot-secured at each figure.

- All parts are sized for crib-distance viewing only. This is not a grab toy, so please keep it out of baby's reach.
- No small detachable parts when assembled correctly.
- The music box meets US electrical safety standards.
- Figures are lightly filled, never hard or heavy, making them safe for above-crib use.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in "as new" condition.
To start a return, email support@tinitigies.com for authorization and the return address before shipping anything back. Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after inspection, depending on your payment method.
Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), in which case it's on us.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this fit my crib?
The crib arm clamps onto rails up to 2.5" wide and fits most standard US cribs (Graco, IKEA SUNDVIK, DaVinci, Babyletto, Delta). It does not fit round cribs or cribs with angled top rails. If unsure, measure your rail width before ordering.
How far does the mobile hang above the baby?
With standard attachment, the bottom of the figures sits approximately 12–16 inches above the mattress — within the recommended 8–12 inch visual focus range for newborns 0–3 months.
Is this a gift-ready product?
Yes. The mobile arrives packed in a gift-friendly box. If you'd like to include a personal note, add it to the order notes at checkout and we'll include a handwritten card.
When should I take the mobile down?
Remove the mobile once your baby begins pushing up on hands and knees — typically around 4–5 months. At that point, the mobile can be repurposed as a hanging nursery decoration by removing the crib arm.
The music box stopped playing after a few weeks. What do I do?
First, replace the batteries (2×AA). If the issue persists within 1 year of purchase, email support@tinitigies.com with your order ID and a short description — we'll ship replacement parts at no cost under our 1-Year Support policy.
