Installation is five steps and takes under three minutes.

  1. Position the clamp base against the crib rail and hand tighten the thumb screw
  2. Slide the lower pole into the clamp mount
  3. Connect the curved upper arm to the pole
  4. Click the music box into the top of the arm
  5. Hang your mobile from the hook and switch on the motor

The thumb screw tightens by hand alone. There are no screws to drive into your crib and nothing that leaves a mark when you take it down.

Will this mobile fit my crib, and what rail sizes are compatible?

The crib arm clamps onto rails up to 2.5" wide and fits most standard US cribs (Graco, IKEA SUNDVIK, DaVinci, Babyletto, Delta). It does not fit round cribs or cribs with angled top rails. If unsure, measure your rail width before ordering.

How far does the mobile hang above the baby?

With the standard attachment, the lowest figures hang approximately 12 to 16 inches above the mattress, keeping the mobile clearly visible to newborns during their first three months.

Does the mobile arrive gift-ready?

Yes. The mobile arrives packed in a gift-friendly box. If you'd like to include a personal note, add it to the order notes at checkout and we'll include a handwritten card.

What age is this mobile designed for, and when should I remove it?

This mobile is designed for newborns and young infants. Remove it once your baby begins pushing up on hands and knees, typically around 4 to 5 months. Afterward, you can detach the crib arm and continue using the mobile as a hanging nursery decoration.

How is the music box powered?

The music box runs on two AA batteries, which can be replaced easily whenever needed.

What is covered by the return and warranty policies?

Eligible items can be returned or replaced within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. For music box issues, replace the two AA batteries first. If the problem continues within one year of purchase, email support@tinitigies.com with your order ID and a brief description. We’ll send replacement parts at no cost under our 1-Year Support Policy.
