Returns (14-Day Policy):
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in "as new" condition.
To start a return, email support@tinitigies.com for authorization and the return address before shipping anything back. Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after inspection, depending on your payment method.
Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), in which case it's on us.
